The Tundra Gains Major Changes for 2016, TRD Pro Keeps Going

12 months have gone–from now we’ll see another freshened Tundra. We’ve been so excited to tell you that the new pricing tags are somewhat going down, while still thinking if there is something thrown out of its body or utility. $130 isn’t in fact a big amount, but is worth our respect. While new Camry is to add an extra trim for 2016. We’ve no idea why Toyota always talks and talks about its TRD Pro. For Tundra, the TRD model is again enriched. Holding on its 5.7L V8 with remodeled twin exhausts, super-quality TRD Pro rear-front Bilstein shocks to support the suspension, fighting 32″ tires with 18″ TRD wheels and very fresh head lights, the 2016 Tundra TRD Pro gets a job as the guide. Whatever it is, all of what TRD Pro has is available as optional builds for other models.

2016 tundra changes

The 2016 Toyota Tundra gets another choice of color. The existing options include midnight black metallic, Barcelona red metallic, silver sky metallic, magnetic gray metallic, blazing blue pearl, pure black, radiant red, sunset bronze mica, super white and inferno. For 2016 peers, there is an additional quicksand color in order to expand the brown.

The powertrains haven’t yet received any kind of upgrades regarding its strength–but a new i-FORCE drivetrain for both units. The 4.6L and 5.7L V8 units are rejoined 2016 seasons. Having lower grading at 18 mpg/hwy, 13 mpg/city & 15 mpg in the average. 2016 SR versions will be available in 14 variants (only 11 in the current SR). While the others; SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794 and TRD Pro aren’t expanded yet.

SR Features: Simple-to-operate tailgate, power door-and-windows locks, standard running lights, 18-speaker Entune sound system with 6.1″ touchscreen display and Bluetooth tech, a backup camera, 5.7L-only a trailer brake regulator.

SR5 Features: unique chrome grille, rear-front bumper endcaps, fog lamps, Entune Plus sound system with integrated Apps, 7″ touchscreen display, Sirius XM & HD Radio, 18″ alloy wheel with 5 spokes.

LIMITED Features: double-zone automatic climate control, 20″ alloy wheels with 5 spokes, leather-wrapped heated front seats, Entune Premium JBL sound system with integrated Apps, sliding back window, 5.7L-only 38-gallon fuel tank.

PLATINUM Features: LED running lights, 20″ alloy wheels with 6 spokes, sliding moonroof, blind spot control, rear cross-traffic warning, premium leather-wrapped heated front seats, Entune Premium JBL sound system with integrated Apps.

1794 EDITION Features: unique chrome grille, lower front bumper endcaps, Western-based interior packaging, premium leather-wrapped front seats, wood-trimmed interior inlays, blind spot control, rear cross-traffic warning, 20″ differently chrome-styled alloy wheels.

TRD PRO TRD Pro Bilstein shocks with remote reservoirs, TRD 1.25″ aluminum front skid plate, TRD cat-back twin exhausts, 5.7L-only 38-gallon fuel tank, red-stitched leather-wrapped seats with TRD Pro emblem.
